Biography
Jess is an Associate in the Private Equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity investments, manager equity incentive arrangements and general corporate matters.
Jess has also completed a secondment to the firm's Private Equity team in Helsinki.

Representation of The Carlyle Group on the sale of 1E to TeamViewer for an enterprise value of US$720 million.
Representation of La Caisse (formerly CDPQ) on its minority investment alongside Oakley to acquire Global Loan Agency Services (GLAS), a provider of loan agency and bond trustee services.
Representation of Providence Equity Partners on its acquisition, through portfolio company Tax Systems, of Loctax and TaxOps.
Representation of CAA Sports, a division of leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency, on its acquisition of Portas Consulting, a premier global management consulting firm.
