Jennifer Ware-Phillips is an associate in the global White Collar Practice and is based in the Boston office. She helps individuals and companies through complex domestic and cross-border disputes, including government investigations, litigation, and trials.
Jennifer has an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal justice issues. She is involved in a range of matters including wrongful convictions, incarceration reduction, criminal record sealings, and prisoners' rights litigation.
While in law school, Jennifer served as Solicited Content Editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, held board positions in Harvard Defenders, and was an active member of the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project. She also represented clients in adult and juvenile court through Harvard's Criminal Justice Institute. Prior to law school, Jennifer earned a PhD in philosophy and taught at Queens College and Baruch College.
