Biography
Overview
Jennifer is an associate in the Global Capital Markets Practice at the Frankfurt office of White & Case.
Jennifer advises corporate and private equity clients as well as investment banks on a broad range of German and international equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), dual track exits spin-offs, capital increases, rights offerings, block trades, as well as equity-linked and high yield bonds.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practiced at another international law firm in its Frankfurt office.
