Overview
Jeff Wang is an associate in White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice, based in Beijing.
Jeff regularly represents international and Chinese banks, private credit investors, sovereign wealth funds and development financing institutions and companies in a wide range of financing products, including term loans, high-yield bonds and MTN programmes, convertible instruments, early-series equity investments and equity derivatives.
Experience
International Finance Corporation in relation to its early series equity and equity-linked investments to Windy Hill Pte. Ltd., a supply chain-focused digitalization platform operating across Indonesia.
Haitong International Capital (HK) Limited as arranger in relation to an up to US$131 million syndicated loan plus warrant investment into a leading provider of data center solutions.
International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and Société de Promotion et de Participation pour la Coopération Economique on a US$150 million syndicated blue loan for Bank of Qingdao, one of the first blue loans in Asia and globally.
