Representation of Mercedes-Benz France (Daimler AG) in a successful ruling before the French Conseil d'Etat in relation to the registration of several car models.
In sovereign Debt Financing and Privatisations:
Representation of the Republic of Togo in connection with the privatisation of its two affiliate banks.
Representation of the Republic of Gabon, the Republic of Guinea and the Republic of Algeria in the rescheduling of their external commercial bank indebtedness.
In Project Finance:
Representation of the lenders of Arcos, a subsidiary of Vinci Concessions in respect of the financing, construction and operation of the A355 motorway concession project in France.
Representation of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A., Banco de Sabadell S.A., Banco Santander S.A., Bankia, BNP Paribas, CaixaBank S.A., Commbank Europe Limited, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, La Banque Postale and Société Générale, in the refinancing of the A65 motorway.
Representation of Deutsche Bank and HSBC as Joint Arrangers and Bookrunners on the refinancing of Autoroute de Liaison Seine-Sarthe (Alis) which operates the A28 motorway between the city of Alençon and the Rouen area in France. This is the first public project bond refinancing in France in the motorway sector.
Representation of a French sponsor in connection with project financing of the construction of a new oil & gas platform to expand its existing operations in the Côte d'Ivoire, including the implementation of MIGA coverage and a Partial Risk Guarantee from the World Bank and further advising the same sponsor in the acquisition and financing of its joint-venture partner's interest in the project.
Representation of the lenders of a consortium led by Bouygues Travaux Publics (including AfDB, PAIDF, BOAD, EBID, AFC, BMCE Bank and FMO) for the financing, design, construction and operation of a toll bridge in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, under a concession scheme with a debt and equity coverage from MIGA. This transaction was awarded "African Transport Deal of the Year" by Project Finance 2012.
Representation of the lenders, supporting the winning bidder consortium led by Vinci Concessions, in connection with the construction, development and maintenance of the high speed railways between Tours and Bordeaux, in France.
