Janam Nagra

Janam Nagra is an Associate in the Firm's Debt Finance practice in London. Janam's practice focusses on advising leading financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative capital providers, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including cross-border leveraged finance transactions (with a focus on both syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), financial restructurings, refinancings and other lending transactions. Janam trained at the Firm, has spent 6 months on secondment at the Firm's Hong Kong office, focussing on Debt Finance, and has completed a secondment at Bridgepoint Credit.
