Jan is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
He advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate 2024, Jan gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned national and international law firms in Mannheim, Frankfurt and London in the fields of Corporate Law, Employment Law and M&A.
