Overview

Dr. Jan Christian Kockrow is an Associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency practices group at White & Case.

He is based in the Munich office and focuses on insolvency administration across all sectors of the economy.

Since 2017, Jan has been working as a student assistant, trainee lawyer, and doctoral student with White & Case, gaining extensive experience in the fields of insolvency administration and restructuring. During this time, he has advised on several insolvency cases and worked with creditors, debtors, and stakeholders to develop restructuring strategies. He has also been involved in insolvency-related litigation and provided guidance on the sale and acquisition of distressed assets. His experience also includes handling cross-border insolvency issues.
