James R. Pezzullo is an associate in the Global Antitrust Practice of White & Case. His practice focuses on litigation, working with clients across a variety of industries in antitrust, contract, and tort matters. James has worked on teams handling complex cross-border disputes with both the Antitrust and the Commercial Litigation groups in New York.
James maintains an active pro bono practice. Since joining White & Case he has worked on wrongful convictions and immigration appeals. At Cornell Law School, he was a member of the First Amendment Clinic and the Tenants' Advocacy Practicum.
Prior to joining White & Case, James attended Cornell Law School, where he worked to organize the school's moot court competitions and served on the executive board of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Frederick J. Scullin in the Northern District of New York.
