Overview
James is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the London office. James advises banks and other financial institutions, sponsors and corporates on complex cross-border energy, resources and infrastructure finance transactions. James has worked on project financings, reserved based lending transactions, mining finance transactions and acquisition financings across developed and emerging markets.

Sunly portfolio financing
Representation of renewable energy producer Sunly AS on a €300 million portfolio financing to promote the construction of its 1.3 GW pipeline of solar, wind and battery energy storage system facilities across the Baltics and Poland.
Actis acquisition of telecom tower portfolio from Telekom Srbija
Representation of Actis on its acquisition of a newly carved-out tower portfolio from leading Central & Eastern European telecommunications operator Telekom Srbija.
