Jaime Lee

Jaime Lee is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group.

Jaime advises issuers and underwriters on a wide range of debt and equity transactions, US securities law and general corporate matters with a particular focus in the EMEA region.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2021, Jaime was a capital markets associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where she specialized in securitizations, as well as the New York office of a US law firm, where she focused on equity transactions and corporate matters for established and emerging clients in the tech and biotech industries.
