Overview
Jack is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the New York office of White & Case. His practice focuses on the development and financing of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects.
Experience
Broad Reach Power in connection with financing seven stand-alone battery energy storage projects totalling 880 MW of capacity in Texas and California.
Vista Ridge in its issuance of over US$1.0 billion of Senior Secured Notes to refinance approximately US$850 million related to the Vista Ridge Regional Supply Project pipeline.
Beal Bank in connection with the sale and US$560 million financing of a combined cycle power generation facility in Bell County, Texas.
