Overview
Isaiah Evans is an associate in the White & Case New York office. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of major commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings which are domestic and global in nature.
Experience
Representation of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and a syndicate of leading financial institutions, on US$2.1 billion of debt financing to Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish-language content and media company serving Hispanic America.
Representation of Jefferies Finance LLC, in connection with the US$600 million Term Loan B and US$125 million revolving credit facility provided to Everi Holdings Inc., a premier provider of land-based and digital casino gaming content and products, financial technology and player loyalty solutions.
Representation of Credit Suisse, on the financing of an acquisition by Clearlake Capital of Bakemark, a leading manufacturer and distributer of bakery ingredients, products and supplies. The financing consisted of a US$435 million first lien term loan facility and a US$145 million second lien term loan facility, together with a US$100 million ABL facility provided by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Representation of Anthem Inc. in its acquisition of Integra MLTC, Inc., a managed long-term health care plan providing long-term care to individuals and communities in New York.
