Overview

Isabella advises lenders, borrowers, sponsors and governments on the development and financing of major domestic and international energy an infrastructure projects. Isabella has particular experience in project finance but has also advised across corporate and acquisition financings and capital market transactions.

Isabella is an Associate in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group, a global team dedicated to providing business and strategic advice to clients regarding financing transactions, which enable the completion of major projects.

Advising the lenders in relation to the refinancing of the 113MW Boco Rock Wind Farm in New South Wales, Australia.

Advising Neoen in relation to the development and financing of its 220MW Bulgana Green Power Hub project, comprising of a wind farm and battery storage facility in Victoria, Australia.

Advising Invenergy in relation to the development and financing of its 70MW onshore windfarm to be constructed and operated in the Scottish Highlands.*

Advising Investec as lender in relation to the financing of the 15.8MW wood-fuelled biomass combined heat and power plant in Northern Ireland.*

Advising a purchaser in relation to its acquisition of interests in a 25MW wind farm in Cape Verde.*
