Iman Algubari is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice, based in London.
Iman has advised a diverse range of clients, including multinational listed and private corporations, financial sponsors, and private equity funds, on a variety of corporate and M&A transactions. Her expertise spans public and private M&A, joint ventures, complex corporate reorganisations, equity capital raising, and general corporate advisory matters.
Experience
Representation of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, on its agreement to be acquired by DigitalBridge through one of its managed investment funds.
Representation of Agility Global plc on its restructuring and segregation of assets and US$4.5 billion listing of a subsidiary on the main market of ADX and simultaneous distribution-in-kind.
Representation of the lead investor in connection with the establishment of a private financing platform for the issuance of convertible notes and warrants by a UK company operating in the transportation and logistics sector, and an initial issuance thereunder of a first tranche of convertible notes to the lead investor.
Representation of Alcoa Corporation, a provider of bauxite, alumina, and aluminum products. on the sale to Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) of Alcoa's entire 25.1% stake in a joint venture (a fully integrated mining complex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in which Ma'aden owns the remaining 74.9%) for approximately US$1.1 billion.
Representation of UniCredit S.p.A. on its approximately €370 million acquisition of Aion Bank SA/NV (a full-service digital bank based in Belgium) and Vodeno Sp. z.o.o. (a digital banking services provider based in Poland) from Warburg Pincus.
Representation of MotorK Plc in connection with its Rule 144A and Regulation S initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam. The IPO consisted of the sale of 28.7% of the total share capital for a transaction value of approximately €75 million resulting in a market capitalization of MotorK of approximately €260 million.
