Holly Cook is an Associate in our EMEA Private Equity team which is part of our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.

Holly advises on financing rounds, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate work, with a focus on M&A transactions for venture-backed and technology-focused clients.  She also has a range of experience across different industries and jurisdictions.

Examples of recent experience include:

Representation of Gorillas on its sale to Getir, a US$1.2 billion deal involving two of the largest on-demand grocery delivery players in the world. This was one of the biggest consolidations in the EMEA tech market in 2022.

Representation of Basalt Infrastructure Partners, a dedicated infrastructure investment firm, on its majority investment into EnviroSpark Holdings Inc., an industry leading provider of EV charging solutions.

Representation of CVC Capital Partners (CVC), leading global alternative investment manager focused on private equity, secondaries and credit, on the acquisition of a majority interest in Partner in Pet Food Group (PPF) from Cinven.

Representation of Fifth Wall Ventures on its Series A investment into Purpose Green GmbH, an early-stage energy retrofit start-up based in Berlin.
