Biography

Overview

Henry is an associate in White & Case's EU law practice group. His work focuses on all aspects of EU competition law, including Article 101, Article 102, the DMA, and merger control.

Besides advising clients on a range of competition law issues, Henry has assisted with representing clients before the European Courts in a variety of matters. These have included cases concerning abuse of dominance, cartels, competition damages, financial services regulation, and technology regulation.

Before joining White & Case, Henry worked in the London and Brussels offices of an international law firm and taught EU merger control at King's College London. He formerly completed a stage at DG COMP in the information technology antitrust unit.

Henry holds an LLM specialising in competition law from KCL and an undergraduate degree in history from Oxford, as well as a diploma in quantitative economics.
