Guiying Ji

Guiying is an associate in the Firm's Capital Market practice group based in the New York office. Her experience focuses on advising clients with capital market transactions, general corporate governance and securities law compliance across a variety of industries. Guiying has represented clients going public through special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), and has also advised issuers and investors with initial public offerings, and other follow-on offerings.
