Grégoire Berger is an associate in the EMEA Private-Equity / Mergers & Acquisition practice at White & Case.

Fluent in French and English, Grégoire is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including investment funds, investment banks, entrepreneurs, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies.

Prior to joining White & Case as an associate in 2023, Grégoire was an intern at White & Case Paris.
