Overview
Grégoire Berger is an associate in the EMEA Private-Equity / Mergers & Acquisition practice at White & Case.
Fluent in French and English, Grégoire is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including investment funds, investment banks, entrepreneurs, listed and non-listed companies, and distressed companies.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate in 2023, Grégoire was an intern at White & Case Paris.

Representation of Atalian on the conclusion of a commercial agreement for the refinancing and rescheduling of its entire bond debt with a group of noteholders representing 98.46 percent of the existing notes.
Planity (2023)
Representation of Planity, a company offering an instant online appointment booking service for beauty professionals, on its Series C fundraising for an amount of US$50 million including with InfraVia, Crédit Mutuel Innovation, BPI France and Revaia.
