Biography

Overview

Grace Cho is an associate in the Firm's Global Antitrust/Competition practice group. She has experience in representing clients in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical & healthcare, energy and oil & gas, and academic publishing, in complex antitrust litigation before federal and state courts.

Grace is also an active member of the Firm's pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal appeals. She has presented oral argument and successfully obtained modification of a discrete sentencing directive before the Second Department of the N.Y.S. Supreme Court, Appellate Division.

Grace earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was an Executive Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law. As a qualified law school student, she successfully argued vacatur of a summary judgment decision in an Eighth Amendment case before the Third Circuit. She has also clerked on the Senate Judiciary Committee and interned for the DOJ.
