The transaction implies a pre-money equity value of US$380 million for Taiwan Color Optics, Inc. on a fully diluted basis.

Chenghe Acquisition I Co. on its business combination with Femco Steel Technology Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of golf shafts. The transaction implies a premoney equity value of US$400 million for Femco Steel Technology Co., Ltd. on a fully diluted basis.
