Gemma is an associate in the investment funds group in London.
With broad expertise across fund jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands, Gemma advises both sponsors and major institutional investors on a wide range of matters in including fund formations, fund investments and co-investments. Gemma regularly represents major institutional investors in relation to complex fund investments including continuation funds, co-investments and portfolio sales across a broad range of asset classes.
Gemma joined White & Case in 2024, and was previously in the London investment funds practice of another U.S. law firm.
