Biography
Overview
Gabriele is a corporate law associate in White & Case’s Houston office. His practice broadly focuses on advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactional matters.
Gabriele graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond, where he was awarded the Spencer Albright Scholarship as a top student in the university’s political science program. Gabriele later obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. In law school, Gabriele was treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and assistant executive editor of the Journal of Law & Politics.

Representation of Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP on its acquisition of certain mineral and royalty interests held by a private seller in a cash and unit transaction valued at approximately US$231 million.
Representation of Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP in the upsized follow-on public offering of Common Units, which raised US$171.35 million (inclusive of funds received from the underwriters' option to exercise the greenshoe).
Representation of Ormat Technologies, Inc. in connection with a $279 million underwritten secondary offering of an aggregate of 3,700,000 shares of its common stock on behalf of a selling stockholder.
