Biography
Overview
Fola is an associate in White & Case's Construction & Engineering group in London where she focuses on front-end construction and project development matters.
Fola spent some time on overseas secondment working with the Private Equity team in the firm's Helsinki office, and has previous experience in the London office's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance (EIPAF) and Commercial Litigation teams.

Advising Aker Carbon Capture in relation to standard form contracts and framework agreements.
Advising a Japanese investor on the construction contracts in respect of a Direct Reduced Iron project in Oman.
Advising Africa50 on a concession granted by the Government of The Gambia to manage and operate the Senegambia Bridge, which connects the northern and southern parts of both The Gambia and Senegal.
Advising the sponsor in relation to the development and financing of an iron ore mining and processing project in Mauritania, including user agreements for related port and rail infrastructure.
Advising Western Power Corporation on the development and construction of the Ngonye Falls hydro power project in Zambia.
Advising a consortium of Chinese sponsors on the development and construction of a vertically integrated aluminium processing facility in Saudi Arabia.
Advising several lenders and developers in conducting due diligence reporting in respect of real estate purchases of property in the UK.
Advising Farm Africa in relation to its facilitation of the sale of carbon credits owned by Oromia Forest and Wildlife Enterprise.
