Overview
Florent Giraud is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team of White & Case in Paris.
Fluent in French and English, Florent is involved in corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity and industrial M&A), corporate restructurings, and provides general advice to public companies, including disclosure and corporate governance matters.
