Biography
Overview
Felix Biedermann advises national and international companies and banks on all aspects of capital markets and corporate law. Clients rely on Felix's expertise in matters related to sustainability linked bonds and crypto assets.
Additionally, Felix has many years of experience in banking regulatory law. He advises credit institutions and financial services companies on the establishment of branches or in connection with M&A transactions. Felix also advises issuers and banks on the establishment and update of debt issuance, commercial paper and structured note programmes.
Before joining White & Case, Felix worked for several years in the capital markets department of another leading law firm in Frankfurt.
