Overview
Farvah is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in London. She has wide-ranging experience in advising commercial banks and other lenders, sponsors and corporates on energy, resources and infrastructure financing transactions.
Farvah has acted on various project financings, acquisition financings, mining financings, and refinancings across developed and emerging markets.
In 2023 Farvah spent 6 months at Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (Europe) Limited as a secondee from White & Case.

Representation of GETEC, a leading partner for smart, efficient and sustainable energy infrastructure solutions to the industrial and real estate sectors in Europe, on its €3.1 billion refinancing under common terms investment-grade platform with longer and diversified tenors, offering GETEC a flexible structure to support its expansion in both existing and new markets.
Representation of existing and incoming funders in connection with the €2.6 billion refinancing of Ventient Energy, Europe's largest operator of onshore wind farms, including establishment of a new multi-creditor common terms platform.
Representation of NatWest and UK Infrastructure Bank on a £125 million project financing to Sheaf Energy, for the development of its 249MW Battery Energy Storage System at Richborough Energy Park in England.
