Her experience includes advising:

A leading Asian private equity firm as sponsor on the US$51 million financing for the acquisition of units in an alternative investment fund holding non-convertible debentures secured on Indian commercial and residential real estate.*

An international bank as lender in the US$80 million financing for the take private of a NASDAQ listed semiconductor firm.*

A Chinese bank as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner in the HK$1.4 billion term and revolving loan facilities for general working capital purposes.*
