Overview
Eva Shaw is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
She advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate, Eva gained practical experience by working as a trainee lawyer already with the Frankfurt team as well as a trainee lawyer in a renowned law firm in the field of public law in Berlin.
