Overview

Etienne Branthomme is an associate in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.

Fluent in French and English, Etienne is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, involving listed and non-listed companies, as well as private equity transactions on behalf of multinational clients.

Prior to joining White & Case as an associate in 2022, Etienne Branthomme was an intern at White & Case Paris and worked at several high-profile international law firms in Paris and in Luxembourg.
