Eriq Yu

Eriq Yu is a senior associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's New York office. He has experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, agents, lead arrangers and private lenders in a wide range of credit facilities, including syndicated and direct financings, cross-border acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts, ABL facilities, mezzanine financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, preferred equity offerings and general bank lending.
