Erika is an associate in the Firm's Global Commercial Litigation Practice, based in New York. Erika supports clients in complex cross-border litigation, including foreign judgment enforcement actions, contract and other business disputes. Erika has helped clients to obtain many important victories, including at the federal courts of appeals, district courts, state courts, and in ICC and FINRA arbitration following several full merits hearings. Erika also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on federal civil rights litigation and representing asylum seekers.
