Emma specialises in finance matters, with a focus on funds finance, real estate finance, leverage finance, general acquisition finance, corporate structuring and restructuring. Emma acts for UK and international lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and retail and commercial property investment and development funds in relation to financing structures globally.
Emma advises on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, in particular, lending to funds (including capital call facilities, fund leverage facilities, NAV facilities, CLO structuring ,GP support/co-invest facilities and portfolio acquisition facilities) and real estate finance (including investment, development and construction loans), acting for both Lenders and property investors and developers across all asset classes.
Emma is also European Co-Chair of the Women in Fund Finance organisation.
