Overview

Emily is a senior disputes lawyer in the firm's Global Commercial Litigation Practice specialising in dispute avoidance and resolution in large and complex construction, infrastructure and energy projects.

Emily has extensive experience advising principals, major contractors, project companies and major stakeholders on issues concerning the life cycle of a project including on contract documentation, claims management and project delivery.

Emily assists clients with formulating sound strategies for the conduct of disputes on significant infrastructure assets to achieve commercial outcomes.

Emily also has extensive in-house experience having worked closely with a major international contractor over a number of years, with Transurban on the A$6.7 billion West Gate Tunnel Project, and with AusNet Services in the energy sector as Acting Managing Counsel of Commercial and Operations.
