Overview

Elizabeth Tan is an associate in White & Case's Debt Finance group, based in New York. She advises banks and corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans and real estate financings.

Prior to her time in the New York office, Elizabeth was a member of White & Case's Asia Debt Finance and Restructuring practice group in Singapore. Prior to joining White & Case, Elizabeth was part of the Band 1 ranked banking and finance team of a top four Singapore law firm.

Experience

  • A group of global and regional banks as the mandated lead arrangers in the c. US$850 million financing to PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, an Indonesian listed telecommunication, multimedia and internet service provider in connection with the acquisition of PT EPID Menara AssetCo, a subsidiary of Edge Point Singapore which is wholly owned by Digital Bridge, a leading global digital infrastructure investor.
  • The arrangers of an ESG-linked US$330 million debt financing to a vehicle of CVC Capital Partners for the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sajjan India Limited, a major Indian chemicals business.
  • The arrangers of a US$110 million debt financing to a vehicle of Ontario Teachers Pension Plan for the acquisition of a controlling stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited.
  • Delivery Hero SE, as parent, and Delivery Hero FinCo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Delivery Hero Finco Germany GmbH, a German limited liability company, as co-borrowers, in connection with a senior secured facility comprising a US$825 million initial USD term loan, a €300 million initial Euro term loan and a €425 million multicurrency revolving credit facility. Loan proceeds will be used for, amongst other things, funding working capital and general corporate purposes of the group, including acquisitions and capital expenditures.
