Elizabeth is an associate in the Debt Finance practice of White & Case's Los Angeles office. Elizabeth's experience includes advising major commercial banks, investment banks, financial institutions and private equity funds in connection with domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings and private debt placements. In addition, Elizabeth is active in various pro bono matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Elizabeth graduated from Loyola Law School, cum laude, Order of the Coif, and served as Chief Developments Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
