Efat is an associate in the International Arbitration group at White & Case in New York, where she represents clients in both commercial and investor-State arbitration. She also advised on Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) structuring. Efat is trained in both the common and the civil law and holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University.
During her time at McGill University, Efat served as the president of the McGill Arbitration Student Society and was an executive editor on the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution. Efat also participated in the Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot, placing in third place for the Martin Domke best oralist award in the 28th edition of the competition.
