Overview
Edward "Ned" Thrasher is a litigation associate in the White & Case New York office and a member of the Firm's global competition group. His practice focuses on complex and cutting edge antitrust and intellectual property issues and he regularly represents global pharmaceutical clients in "bet the company" antitrust and federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) class action litigations.
Ned also has notable experience representing large financial services clients in FINRA industry disputes and arbitrations among competitors relating to "raiding" or "lift-out" issues.
Ned has an extensive pro bono practice and has represented clients in matters relating to immigration/citizenship and guardianship petitions as well as civil litigation assisting low-income tenants deprived of affordable housing.
Ned graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2012 where he served as an Assistant Managing Editor on the Brooklyn Law Review.
