Dr. Gustav Ollinger

Gustav Ollinger is a local partner in the regulatory / public law practice in Berlin, and is a member of the Firmʼs Environmental and Energy Transition team.

He advises and litigates on German and EU regulatory law. His practice focusses on regulated industries including automotive and transportation, energy, consumer & retail and manufacturing.

Gustav has significant experience in the field of environmental law, product regulation and infrastructure regulation, in particular in contentious matters. His practice involves advising on market surveillance regulations, in particular in relation to product recalls and compliance risks, regulatory investigations and crisis management. His work comprises the coordination of regulatory investigations and litigation on regulatory matters in other jurisdictions in and outside the EU. He has significant experience in representing clients before national administrative and civil courts and before EU courts.
