Don is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Don's practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors, purchasers and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts and cross-border proceedings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Don served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Lopez on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Honorable Elizabeth L. Gunn on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.
