Derek Yixin is an associate in the International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering Groups in London. He has advised on a range of complex international disputes, including those arising out of the energy, oil & gas and infrastructure industries.
Derek joined White & Case as a trainee and he has obtained experience in the Firm's Construction & Engineering, Commercial Litigation and Debt Finance Groups in London, and with the Capital Markets Group in the Firm's Paris office.
