Overview
Denise Sparremo is an associate within the Nordic Private Equity team in our Global M&A Practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2023.
Prior to joining White & Case, Denise studied law at Stockholm University, Sweden and the University of Westminster, United Kingdom.
Experience
Representation of IFS on its approximately CA$1 billion acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Copperleaf Technologies Inc.
Representation of Adelis on the simultaneous exits of portfolio companies Presto. a leading European fire safety and compliance services provider based in Sweden, and HVD Group via Adelis Fund II to a Continuation Vehicle led by HarbourVest Partners alongside Adelis Fund III.
Representation of Adelis owned HVD Group (Hantverksdata), a software provider to tradespeople in installation, services and construction, on EQT's investment in HVD Group.
