Denisa is an associate in our Financial Services Regulatory team based in London.
Denisa advises domestic and international financial institutions on a wide range of financial services regulatory issues. Denisa has experience advising on the regulatory aspects of complex cross-border deals, including AIFMD and change in control notifications. Her recent experience includes advising on funds, payment services and market abuse regulation, and she has a particular interest in regulatory developments relevant to ESG.
Denisa joined White & Case in 2021 and gained experience in the Firm's Debt Capital Markets, Construction Arbitration and International Arbitration practices prior to joining the Financial Services Regulatory team.
