David Rifkin is an associate in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Section, concentrating on complex commercial disputes and civil litigation. Before joining White & Case, David served as a law clerk to the Honorable Annemarie Carney Axon, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.
