David Marder is a member of the Firm's Antitrust/ Competition practice group.

He advises clients in various industries on a broad range of German and European competition law matters, especially merger control and cartel matters.

David Marder joined White & Case in 2019 and gained substantial work experience in the Düsseldorf and New York offices during his legal clerkship and as a legal assistant.

Advised and defended Symrise in connection with the antitrust proceedings against leading fragrance manufacturers and represented Symrise in a suit before the General Court of the European Union in which Symrise is contesting the legality of the EC's surprise inspection authorization.
