David advises developers, sponsors, financiers and investors on the real estate aspects of large-scale infrastructure covering renewable and industrial assets. David’s experience covers due diligence, land strategy, conveyancing, registration and contract negotiation across Australia. This includes advising on project finance and Foreign Investment Review Board aspects of real estate matters.

With his nation-wide experience, David understands the commercial, legal and bankability factors unique to each Australian jurisdiction, and helps clients navigate through complex real estate arrangements. David has previously worked in-house and brings with him a commercial approach when advising on transactions.
