Overview
David Inns is Counsel in the Construction and Engineering group. He advises owners and contractors on the resolution of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects, with a focus on arbitration.

Representing a Middle East government on an ICC arbitration with a contractor relating to the building work for the construction of a new international airport in the country.
Representing a Middle Eastern Employer in an ad-hoc arbitration with a contractor relating to a water treatment plant.
Representing the Employer in an ICC arbitration arising out of a contract for construction of a bridge in Africa. The contract was based on the FIDIC Red Book.
