Representation of Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY), an international energy company and one of the largest oil & gas producers in the United States, on its US$905 million sale of certain Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin assets in Colorado and Wyoming to Elk Range Royalties, an active buyer of mineral and royalty interests across the US.
Representation of CNOOC Energy Holdings USA. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited, on the sale of CNOOC Holdings USA Inc. to INEOS Energy.
