Daniel Medici

Dan is an associate in the Global White Collar Practice Group and is based in the Firm's Boston office. His practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, civil enforcement proceedings, and antitrust and commercial litigation. Dan represents individuals and corporations in investigations and prosecutions before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other U.S. and foreign government agencies. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and antitrust and other risk assessments. Dan advises clients on corporate compliance programs and is experienced in conducting due diligence on anti-corruption and healthcare compliance in connection with mergers and acquisitions and/or investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Andrew M. Horton of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and to the Hon. Rebecca Beach Smith of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
