Overview
Coline Berthe de Pommery is an associate in the Corporate / M&A department in Paris.
Fluent in French and English, Coline is involved in corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (private equity transactions and industrial M&A), corporate restructurings, and provides general advice to public companies.
Coline advises both French and foreign listed and non-listed companies as well as investment funds and entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining White & Case, Coline acquired experience in the M&A department of several high profile law firms in Paris and in the M&A legal department of two CAC 40 companies.

Representation of CNH Industrial, an equipment and services company, on the acquisition of Augmenta, an Athen-based agritech start-up specialised in machine vision, sensors and precision technology for an amount of €110 million.
Ardian Infrastructure (2022)*
Representation of Ardian Infrastructure on the acquisition of the majority stake in GreenYellow, the energy subsidiary of Casino group, from Casino, Tikehau and the French public investment bank Bpifrance for an enterprise value of €1.4 billion and an equity value of €1.1 billion.
Antin Infrastructure Partners (2022)*
Representation of Antin Infrastructure Partners on its €150 million equity investment in Power Dot, a leading European owner-operator of destination and en-route electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
